EPAs response to the remand by the court and Judge Rothstein has been filed and is available for viewing. Task Force members are asked to convey any big-picture questions or comments pertaining to the response to Chris Page of the Ruckelshaus Center (c.page@wsu.edu, 206-770-6060) no later than close of business on July 21st. These will be compiled and sent to Brian Nickel (EPA) prior to the July 29th Task Force Meeting.
