LimnoTech: Technical Consultant support to Wet Weather Water Quality Sampling Scope of Work

The Task Force technical consultant, LimnoTech, has drafted a scope of work for wet weather sampling for 2016. Task Force members are asked to review this scope of work prior to the January 27th Task Force meeting. Please send any feedback on the draft scope to Dave Dilks  (ddilks@limno.com) no later than c.o.b on Monday January 25th.

Please note: This proposal covers only the routine sampling of the river, and not the opportunistic sampling of wet weather event sources that was also discussed by the January Technical Track Work Group Meeting. Event sampling will require significant local participation, and there was no firm commitment at the meeting to provide it.  This sampling can be added in the future, if/when there is a commitment to provide local sampling crews.
