DRAFT: TSCA Letter to Congressional Leadership

Doug Krapas has drafted a letter to send to congressional leadership regarding TSCA and the inadvertent production of PCBs.  Please review the draft and provide feedback and/or edits to Doug (dougkrapas@iepco.com) no later than C.O.B on Monday June, 6th. Doug will incorporate comments/edits and provide a final draft for decision at the June 15th combined Technical Track/Task Force meeting.

The DRAFT Cost/Effectiveness of PCB Control Actions for the Spokane River Memo is available for Task Force Review.  Please send comments on the draft to Dave Dilks of LImnoTech (ddilks@limno.com).

Memo Review and finalization process timeline:

  • Initial comments by June 15th or earlier
  • Second draft provided by by LimnoTech by June 22nd
  • Official review draft available by July 6th
  • Final Draft for decision posted to Task Force website by July 15th.

The Draft and all comments that are received will be posted to the Comprehensive Plan page on the Task Force website here.
